Return Policy

Best AC & Wholesale sells brand-name HVAC equipment at true wholesale prices. To keep our pricing that low, the vast majority of our sales are final. Please order carefully, use our Sizing Guide, or contact us before you buy if you are unsure what you need.

All Sales Are Final

Unless an item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong product, all sales are final and non-returnable. Final-sale pricing is how we deliver the lowest cost, and by placing an order you accept that your purchase is final.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If we made an error on your order, or an item arrives visibly defective, contact our team within 48 hours of pickup or delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will make it right by sending the correct or replacement item. Manufacturing defects are handled through the manufacturer's warranty (see our Warranty page). Inspect every order at pickup or delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign.

Rare Approved Returns

A return may be approved only in rare cases, at our sole discretion. When approved, all of the following apply:

  • The request is made within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened manufacturer packaging with no writing, labels, or damage.
  • A restocking fee of up to 30 percent is charged.
  • All shipping and freight costs are the buyer's responsibility and are non-refundable, including original shipping on any free-shipping order.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. Items sent without an RMA are refused.
  • Returns ship via a traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS, or freight). Do not use USPS.

Items That Can Never Be Returned

Installed or used equipment, opened items, scratch-and-dent, clearance, overstock, built-to-order, and discontinued items, plus drain pans, condenser pads, mounting brackets, duct products, portable AC, heat pump, or generator products, filter racks, and any special or manufacturer-direct order (which follow the manufacturer's own guidelines).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once they leave our warehouse. Freight claims must be filed with the carrier. Keep your tracking number and inspect before signing.
