Warranty
Equipment sold by Best AC & Wholesale is covered only by the applicable manufacturer's warranty for your specific model. We do not offer, extend, or provide any warranty beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Please review the manufacturer's warranty terms for the products you purchase.
Registering Your Warranty
Most manufacturers require that a licensed professional install, or inspect and start up, your equipment, and that you register the product with the manufacturer within 30 to 60 days of installation to validate full coverage. Requirements vary by manufacturer. See the documentation shipped with your product or the manufacturer's website for current terms. Warranty validation is determined solely by the manufacturer.
Labor Warranty
We do not provide any labor warranty or reimbursement of any kind for costs incurred due to a malfunctioning part. Your installing professional may offer a separate labor warranty; please ask them about pricing and availability.
Warranty Parts
For units purchased from us that are still under the manufacturer's warranty, we help supply the manufacturer-warranted replacement part. Requests more than 30 days after install may require you to purchase the replacement part upfront, including shipping and tax. You receive a refund for the part once the original defective part is returned with a valid RMA number. We may require the model and serial number, order number, installation invoice, and diagnostic documentation. We reserve the right to reject any claim that is missing required documentation.
We are only responsible for supplying the part or parts warranted by the manufacturer, and nothing beyond the manufacturer's warranty as to parts. Unless specified by the manufacturer for your specific model, we do not offer any warranty outside the manufacturer's warranty.
